Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. Write to us at contact@unuage.com with your order number. We will refund you, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of your request (at the latest after receiving the returned product or proof of its dispatch).

"100-night trial" guarantee

Because a duvet and a pillow are judged night after night, we go further than the law: you can try the Cumulus duvet and the Stratus pillow for 100 nights from delivery.

• If the product does not suit you, write to us before the end of the 100 nights at contact@unuage.com with your order number.
• We will tell you how to proceed with the return, which is organised and paid for by unuage.
• The product must be returned complete, clean (washed if used) and in good condition.
• The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The 100-night trial is limited to one product of each model per household.

Defective or non-conforming products

If your product is defective or does not match your order, contact us: we will replace it or refund you, with return costs at our expense, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.

Exceptions

Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email and refund you to the payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.
