Delivery areas and costs

We deliver to the European Union, the French overseas departments, the United Arab Emirates and most other countries worldwide. Standard delivery is free everywhere, with no minimum order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery; they are payable by the recipient.

Delivery times

• Mainland France and the European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• French overseas departments: 7 to 12 business days
• United Arab Emirates and rest of the world: 3 to 5 business days

These times are indicative; they may be longer during peak periods or in the event of carrier issues.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time on our Track my order page. Your order may be shipped in several parcels.

Receipt

Please check the condition of the parcel on receipt. If the parcel is damaged or a product is missing, contact us within 48 hours at contact@unuage.com with photos: we will quickly find a solution.

Delayed or missing parcel

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time, write to us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we will resend your order or refund you.
