Last updated: October 2026

Article 1 – Purpose and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern sales of products concluded on the unuage website (the "Site") between COPIWIN ECOM LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17126771, whose registered office is at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom ("unuage", "we"), and any natural person acting as a consumer (the "Customer"). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which are available on the Site at all times.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered (in particular the Cumulus 2-in-1 duvet, the Stratus pillow and the gift card) are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual; slight variations in colour may exist depending on screens. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros or in your local currency, including all taxes. Standard delivery is free in all delivery countries. unuage reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

The Customer selects the products, enters their details, chooses a payment method and then confirms the order. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to them. unuage reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, suspected fraud or product unavailability; the Customer is then refunded in full.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by bank card or by the other methods offered at checkout (including, where applicable, payment in instalments via a third-party provider, subject to its acceptance). Payments are processed securely by our providers; unuage never has access to your full bank details. The order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. A tracking number is sent to the Customer as soon as the order ships. Risk passes to the Customer when the parcel is handed over. If the parcel is damaged, the Customer is invited to record reservations with the carrier and to contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. They simply need to send us a clear statement by email to contact@unuage.com (a model form is provided below). The refund, including the original delivery costs, is made within 14 days of receipt of the request; unuage may defer it until the products have been recovered or proof of their dispatch has been provided. Return conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Model withdrawal form: "To COPIWIN ECOM LTD (unuage), contact@unuage.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [product], ordered on [date] / received on [date], order number [number], customer name, customer address, date."

Article 8 – "100-night trial" commercial guarantee

In addition to the right of withdrawal, unuage offers a 100-night trial commercial guarantee on the Cumulus duvet and the Stratus pillow, the conditions of which are set out in our Refund Policy. This guarantee does not deprive the Customer of the legal guarantees below.

Article 9 – Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery of the goods) and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by the law applicable to the consumer Customer. To make a claim, contact us at contact@unuage.com.

Article 10 – Gift card

The gift card is sent by email, can be used across the whole Site, and is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Its validity period is indicated at the time of purchase.

Article 11 – Liability

unuage cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract due to the Customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or to force majeure.

Article 12 – Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Article 13 – Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without this choice depriving the consumer Customer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact our customer service. They may also refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: [TO BE COMPLETED: mediator's details]. Failing that, the competent courts will be those designated by the rules applicable to the consumer.
